DO I NEED TO ATTEND WEEKLY SESSIONS?
Typically the sessions are weekly. However, some clients prefer to attend therapy every other week. I am happy to arrange bi-weekly sessions if needed.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Canceling an appointment is no problem at all. I just ask that 24 hours notice is given. If not, I will need to charge the full fee of the missed session.
HOW LONG IS A THERAPY SESSION?
A typical therapy session lasts 50 minutes. If a client would like longer sessions, I can accommodate if my schedule permits. The fee will be adjusted accordingly.
HOW LONG WOULD I NEED TO ATTEND THERAPY?
That depends on what your goals and needs are. Some people only need or desire to attend therapy for a few months, while others would prefer or need to attend therapy for one year or more.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
My rate for individual sessions is $150 per 50-minute session. My rate for couple’s therapy sessions is $150 per 50-minute session. Monthly rates are available.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, I can create a superbill for you on a monthly basis that you can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. I also submit superbills as a complimentary service if interested. 
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept cash, check, credit card, Health Savings Account, and venmo. Payment is due each week at the end of the session.
DO YOU WORK WITH KIDS?
Yes. With small children I do primarily sand tray, therapeutic art, mindfulness, and play therapy. With teens, I do sand tray, therapeutic art, dream work, mindfulness, and talk therapy.
